Ivo enables management of any activity or service your organisation performs or provides.  For example –

  • individual, self, citizen, and systemic advocacy
  • general inquiries
  • education, group sessions, courses
  • intake and waiting list
  • support coordination
  • surveys
  • projects and tasks
  • research …


It doesn’t matter what the service or activity is, Ivo can be customised to manage it.

Additionally, various funding programs are supported ‘out-of-the-box’, and are continuously updated as needed, such as –

  • NDAP, NDIS Appeals, and DRC Advocacy
  • Victorian QDC
  • Queensland Disability
  • Queensland Health


Any other funding you receive can also be added to Ivo.  If you receive other commonwealth or state funding we typically add support for these at no additional cost.
